Louis Raymond Ells 1941-2012
The death of Louis Raymond Ells, 71, of Saint John, and formerly of Sackville, occurred at the Centracare Home on Thursday, September 6, 2012.  Born in Parrsboro, Louis was a son of the late Harry and Lillian (McLellan) Ells. Louis was a loving member of our family and had a great sense of humour. Louis will be sadly missed by his twin sister, Lois Remmington and his sister Bernice (Robert) Kaye, all of Sackville; as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brothers, Jules, Handley and Ralph, and a sister, Alberta Cole. The arrangements for Louis are under the care and supervision of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville (506-364-1300).  At the request of the family, there will be no visitation.  A graveside service will be held at the Sackville Cemetery at 2 pm on Monday, September 10, 2012.  Pastor Hal Lowther officiating. Donations in memory of Louis may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the
Alzheimer's Society.

Alberta M. Cole SACKVILLE, NB - The death of Alberta M. Cole, age 65, of Sackville, occurred suddenly at her home on Tuesday, December 2, 2003. Born in Parrsboro, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Lillian (MacLelland) Ells. She was a member of the Salvation Army in Amherst. She is survived by two sons, Larry (Hiltrude) of Mississauga, ON and David of Sackville; their father, Oscar Cole of Sackville; one brother, Louis of Pennfield, NB; two sisters, Mrs. Robert Kaye (Bernice), and Lois Remington both of Sackville, NB; two grandchildren. She was predeceased by three brothers, Handley, Ralph and Jules. The remains are resting at the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville, NB (364-1300) on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 6, 2003 at 11 am, Pastor Barry Todd officiating. Burial will follow in the Sackville Cemetery. www.jonesfuneralhome.ca
