OBIT: TOWER, Annie Bernice (Bea)

TOWER, Annie Bernice (Bea) - 76, of Gables Lodge, Amherst and formerly of
Springhill, NS, and Sackville, NB, passed away on Monday, November 9, 1998, in
Highland View Regional Hospital, Amherst. Born in Sackville, NB, she was a
daughter of the late Seaward and Lena (Hicks) Hicks. She was an adherent ot
the United Baptist Church in Springhill; member of the Springhill Senior
Citizens; Springhill Branch of the Nova Scotia Kidney Foundation and the North
Nova Scotia Memory Club. She is survived by three daughters, Deb (Mrs. Thomas
Boran),
Halifax; Carol (Mrs. James Betts), Lower Sackville, NS; Joan (Mrs. Lyman
Smith), Bathhurst, NB; two sons, Keith, Amherst; Gary, Miramichi, NB; eight
grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Arnold; four brothers,
Vernon, Russell, Seaward and Albion; four sisters, Jean, Neme, Alma and Daph;
grandson, Daniel. Arrangements have been entrusted to A. H. Brown Funeral
Home, Springhill, from where the funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today,
November
11, with Rev. Brent MacDonald officiating. Burial in Sackville Cemetery,
Sackville, NB. Memorial donations to the Parkinson Foundation of Canada or any
charity would be appreciated.
