OBITUARY: Mrs. Varley L. Quinn
Parrsboro - Mrs. Varley L. Quinn, 75, of Parrsboro, died Tuesday at home.
Born in Diligent River, she was the former Clara Belle Yorke, daughter of
the late Edson and Grace (Ayer) Yorke. Surviving are two daughters, Lina
(Mrs. Douglas Ripley), Parrsboro; Dora (Mrs. George Mansour)[sic.],
Southampton; three sons, Keith, Cyril and Allison, all of Parrsboro; three
sisters, Nita (Mrs.Ray Sargent) and Lena (Mrs. George Erb), both of
Parrsboro; Elsie (Mrs. Ernest Norton), Arlington, Mass.; 15 grandchildren
and 14 great grandchildren. The body is at Smith's Funeral Home, Parrsboro.
Funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m., in Parrsboro Baptist Church,
Rev. Dewis Rector officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
