HILLIER, Barbara (Brown) passed away peacefully in Ottawa, Ontario in her 82nd year on August 21, 2012. Predeceased by husband Charles (1994) . Born in Shubenacadie, N.S., the daughter of the late Guy Leslie Brown and Alicia (Aubrey) Brown, she is survived by her only daughter Sarah MacIsaac of Ottawa, and granddaughters Andrea and Emma MacIsaac. Also survived by sister Margaret Annand of Stewiacke and sister-in-law Heather (MacLeod) Brown of Fall River as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Aubrey, Maynard and Guy L. Jr. and sisters Dorothy and Pauline. Cremation has taken place and at her request there will be no visitation or service. Committal will take place in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Lower Sackville. Arrangements entrusted to T.K. Barnard Funeral Home, Bedford.
