NOTE:  Frank married Carol Elaine SOLEY in Springhill (from a newspaper clipping, source unknown but handwritten 53 on clipping):
SPRINGHILL, Sept. 2 - St. Andrew's United Church was the scene of a very pretty summer wedding on Saturday, Aug 29 at 4 o'clock when Rev. Douglas B. Tupper performed the double ring ceremony uniting in marriage Carol Elaine, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold N. Soley of Springhill and Frank Elliott Hunter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Hunter of St. John's, Newfoundland.
[I did not transcribe clothing etc.]
Miss Joyce Soley was her sister's bridesmaid. Little Linda MacLachlan of Beverly, Mass., cousin of the bride made a winsome flower girl.
Mr. Kenneth Ingraham of Halifax acted as a groomsman. The ushers were Alexander Istock and Jack Allbon.
Immediately following the ceremony an informal reception for over one hundred guests was held in St. Andrews Church Hall.
After a brief honeymoon spent in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick the young couple will leave by plain for St. John's, Nfld.
Transcribed by Robin Potter from an undated clipping from an unknown newspaper.

Hope this helps someone,
Gerry
