PAUL, ROBERT JOSEPH - The death of Robert Joseph Paul, 56, occurred at home on Thursday, September 6th, 2012. Born in Oromocto, NB on August 16, 1956, he was the son of Victor and the late Leona Jeffers. Robert was house painter, electrician, and poet, and was known for having a witty personality. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Church and a strong member of Oromocto First Nation. Survived by his father, Victor; brother, Gordon Paul (Treena); sisters, Brigette Paul (Terry Boutilier) and Bernadine Gobeil (Carl). Predeceased by his wife, Lucielle Paul and his mother, Leona Jeffers.
Visitation will be held at Oromocto Funeral Home on Sunday and Monday, September 9 and 10, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 11th, 2012 at 11:00 am. Rev. Ken Weir will officiate. Interment will be in the St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial tributes may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Building Fund or the charity of the donor's choice.
