LIGHTBODY - Frank Lightbody of Belmont, passed away Friday, Feb. 18, at Col. Co. Hospital. Funeral will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from Mattatall's Funeral Parlour, Young Street.

LATE FRANK LIGHTBODY LAID TO REST
Frank Lightbody, a life long resident of Belmont, Col. Co., passed away at the Colchester County Hospital, Friday p.m. Feb. 18, in his 75th year. Mr. Lightbody had been in ill health for a year, but was only confined to his bed for three weeks. He was the oldest of the family of the late Anthony and Isabelle Lightbody, was a man of sterling character, and will be sorely missed by his friends and relatives.
His wife predeceased him fourteen years ago. He leaves to mourn his passing, two adopted sons, George and Harlie, three brothers, Alfred and Edward, Wollaston, Mass.; Homer, Rosindale, Mass.; Mrs. Margaret Fletcher, Glenholme, Mrs. Susie Byrne, Wollaston, Mass.; Mrs. Ina Wilson, 58 Dominion Street, and Annabelle (Mrs. Charles A. Purdy) Mount Pleasant, Truro.
The funeral service was held at Mattatall's Funeral Parlor, Monday, Feb. 21, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Allison Fraser, of Belmont, officiating. The floral offerings were beautiful. Pallbearers were Messers Fred and Rupert Clarke, Mr. Knickle of Belmont, Leslie Goshee, Selby S. Purdy and Gordon Fraser, of Truro. The body was committed to the vault at Robie Street until Spring and will be interred in the family plot, Belmont.
