OBITUARY: Arthur Hubert Skelton
Springhill - Arthur Hubert Skelton, 41, of Gottingen Street, Halifax, died
Monday in Halifax. Born in Springhill, he was a son of Hubert and Bessie
(Keefe) Skelton. Surviving besides his parents are: two half-sisters, Mrs.
Debbie Estabrooks and Mrs. Marlene Petley, both of Halifax. He was
predeceased by one half-brother, Erwin. The body is at the A.H. Brown
Funeral Home, Springhill. Funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m.,
in St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Rev. Robert Hallett officiating. Burial
will be in Hillside Cemetery.

OBITUARY - Erwin Skilton
Erwin Holis Skilton, 18, of 1746 Henry Street, Halifax, died Sunday. Born in
Springhill, he was a son of Hubert and Delilah (Henwood) Skilton. Surviving
besides his parents are two sisters, Marlene (Mrs. Gary Petley), Deborah
(Mrs. Frederick Henwood), both of Halifax; a half-sister, Ardeth (Mrs. Gerry
Otten), Halifax; two half-brothers, Dennis and Arthur, both of Halifax.
The body is at the J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, where funeral will be held
at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Rev. Owen Connolly officiating. Burial will be in Gate
of Heaven Cemetery.
