SPRINGHILL - Mrs. Bessie L. SKELTON, 63, of Springhill died Thursday in
Parrsboro. Born in Upper Granville, Annapolis County, she was the
former Bessie Luella Keefe, a daughter of the late Edward W. and Emily
E. (O'Connell) Keefe. She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Mary
O'Keefe; Brantford, Ont.; Eiola (Mrs. Herb Cox), Springhill; Mrs. Alice
Pust, Minnesota; a brother, William, Minnesota; and several nieces and
nephews. Besides her husband, Hubert, she was predeceased by a son,
Arthur, a brother Benjamin, and two sisters, Ada and Margaret. The body
is at A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill. Funeral mass will be held at
10 a.m. Saturday, in St. John's Roman Catholic Church, with Rev. Robert
Day officiating. Burial will be in Hillside cemetery, Springhill.
