Re: Atkinson - Smith Marriage

Hi David,

I think Kenneth Shirley Atkinson is the son of George H Atkinson and Evelyn Davidson Shirley, who were married Dec 13, 1916 in Apple River, N S and had a family of at least 10 children. The mother, Evelyn , I believe, died in 1967 but don't have an obituary.
Why Kenneth would name his parents as William and Martha Atkinson is a mystery.
Bruce

Note: William Burton Atkinson and Martha Ann Copp are possibly his
grandparents - Martha would be age 52 having him. Possibly raised as a son
rather than a grandson. Neither of the grand parent's obits mention a son,
Kenneth Shirley Atkinson.
