Raymond Porter of Springhill

Dave,

ObituaryDailyTimes lists:
Raymond A. ("Ray") Porter, Springhill, NS died at the age of 76 yrs.
Obit. publ. in the May 24, 2001 Chronicle Herald; the May 24, 2001 Halifax D-N; and the May 25, 2001 Halifax D-N.

If that is not the correct Raymond Porter, then "A Collection of 1977-2000 Springhill NS genealogical data" lists:
Victor St.Clair Porter, s/o Victor & Fauline (Sterling) Porter, d 8-Jul-1986 and was buried in the Fox Harbour Cem.

It may list the given name for Raymond Porter's wife.

Gerry

Subject: [nscumber] Hollis Lorne Porter of Springhill

Attempting to zero in on locating an obit for Raymond Porter to see if his
wife was Peal Pettigrew, we now know he was alive in Springhill in 1987.
Brothers, Sterling Cecil died in the 1958 Bump and Victor St. Clair must
have died sometime between 1958 and 1987.
