OBITUARY: Shirley P. Pettigrew
Amherst - Shirley Patricia Pettigrew, 53, of Willow Street, Amherst, died
Friday at home. Born in Hartford, Conn., she was a daughter of William
DeBaie and the late Stella DeBaie. She was a Jehovah's Witness. She is
survived by her husband, Corey; three daughters, Carol (Mrs. Donnie Tower)
Edmonton; Linda (Mrs. Doug Clegg) and Mary (Mrs. Robert Blue) both of
Toronto; a son, Glen, Amherst; five grandchildren. She was predeceased by a
daughter, Stella; a sister, Mrs. Irene Johnson; and a brother, Raymond. The
body is at Campbell's Funeral Home, Amherst. Funeral arrangements are
incomplete.

OBITUARY:
Raymond Edward DeBaie, 40, Lower Economy, died Friday after being in
collision with a motor vehicle while he was walking on the roadway. He is
survived by his wife, the former Ruth MacLaughlin, Pleasant Hills; three
daughters, Annette, Denise and Theresa, all at home; two sisters, Shirley
(Mrs. Corey Pettigrew) Amherst; Irene (Mrs. Harold Johnson) Bass River; and
his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William DeBaie, Bass River. The body is at
Patriquin and McCullough Funeral Home, Great Village. Funeral service will
be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m., from the Economy United Church with Rev. Gordon
Pringle officiating. Interment at Economy Cemetery.
