Hi Lynn:
I have Thomas' parents as Samuel Wood (1809-????) and Mariah Seaman
(1814-????). I haven't done much on this family but have his siblings as:
Robert S Wood (1841-????) married Sarah Jane McMonie
Amos Ogden Wood (1847-1916) married Margaret Jane Mills (1847-1903)
Samuel Wood, Jr (1851-????)
James Wood (1853-1914) married Lucy Ann Seaman (1855-????)
Edmund Wood (1859-????) married Phoebe Jane Rushton (1855-????)
That's all,
Eric

His son Jer(e)miah appears right next to him in that census but I am unsure as to his (Thomas')parents. I think it is Samuel (1809) and Maria (1814) Wood. Thomas also appears with his children in the 1880 Census.
