Does any one of you searching Moore have any Lambert names in your tree?
The reason I am asking is that the middle name of my 3gr grandmother. Jane Lambert Moore Henley. My family has used last names for middle names countless times.
I am hoping than someone else has this name in their tree that can possibly give a direction to look for the name. It is my belief that Jane's mother Mary Doudle/Doodle's mother was a Lambert which would be the most common situation. At the very least they must have had ties to a Lambert family.
