HUGH STEWART TAGGART, 61, of Parrsboro died Tuesday in the Amherst Hospital. Born in Parrsboro, he was the son of the late Hugh and Alice (Curtis) Taggart.
He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Annie Mills of Economy, Mrs. Margaret Johnson and Mrs. Irene Woodsworth, both of Skowhegan, Maine; three brothers, Harold of Yarmouth, Robert of Bass River, Herbert of Lovett, Maine.
The body is at Smith's Funeral home Parrsboro, where funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. with Rev. H. D. Bezanson officiating. Burial will be in the Baptist Cemetery, Parrsboro, in the spring.
