OBITUARY
MRS. WINNIE MAUD SMITH, 96 widow of William, Fenwick, died Monday at Cormier's Nursing Home, Amherst.
Born at Nappan, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John F. Smith.
Her husband and two daughters are dead.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Mabel Stonehouse, Truro; Violet (Mrs. Aubrey Nelson), Brookdale; Mrs. Evva Gilroy, Annapolis Royal; one son, John, Fenwick; one brother, Ervine, Amherst; 16 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
The body is at Furlong's Funeral Home, Amherst where funeral service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Gordon Decker officiating. Committal will be in Amherst Cemetery Chapel. Burial will be in Fenwick Cemetery in the spring.
