OBITUARY: Mr. John C. Mosher
(Special to News)
Parrsboro, March 7 - At an early hour this morning, the death took place at
his home, Spring Street, of Mr. John C. Mosher, at the age of 83 years,
after a brief illness. The late Mr. Mosher has lived in Parrsboro for many
years and made a great many friends. He was a familiar figure about the
ships where he followed his profession as ship builder and caulker. Deceased
is survived by his widow; one daughter, (Blanche) Mrs. (Dr.) McNeil of
Sydney; and two sons, Walter at home and Blair of Quebec; one brother, H.H.
Mosher of Halifax also survives. Arrangements for funeral were not completed
at time of writing.
