Since Gerald Wylie Hunter's obit does mention a deceased son (Ken in
1970) and not first wife, I can only assume at this point that Elspa was
m/1 of brother Ralph. There are other assumptions that could be made
but they seem farther fetched than this.

I have no definitive reply.
