grandfather that I never had before; James Haliburton Boss (aka Burton).

SPRINGHILL - Percy Lloyd Boss, 83, of 19 Starr Street, Springhill, died
Thursday in All Saints Hospital, Springhill. Born in Rodney, Cumberland
County, he was a son of the late Haliburton and Amelia (Colbourne) Boss.
Surviving besides his wife, the former Violetta McCormick, are three
sons, Percy, Rodney; Haliburton, Toronto, and Hilton, Wyvern; five
daughters, Marie (Mrs. Nelson Rector), Springhill; Mrs. Evelyn McCormick
and Helen (Mrs. Gerald Mills), both of Windsor, Ont.; Bertha (Mrs. Roger
MacAloney), Parrsboro, and Della (Mrs. Joseph Allen), Amherst; a
brother, James, Rodney; 26 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. He
was predeceased by a son, Ronald; a brother, Hugh; two sisters, Della
and Lilla May; four grandchildren. The body is in A. H. Brown's Funeral
Home, Springhill, where funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Rev. Harry Ward
officiating, with burial in Hillside Cemetery, Springhill.
