PHINNEY, Robert K. ‹ 77, of Lambs Hill Road, Parrsboro, passed away
Saturday, October 3, 2009, in South Cumberland Community Care Centre,
Parrsboro. Born in Parrsboro, he was a son of the late Violet Phinney. He is
survived by his wife, the former Leona Hebb; daughters, Myrtle Barkhouse
(Eugene), Halifax; ***Linda Brown (Russell), Southampton***; Brenda Welsh
(Gerald), Parrsboro; Sue Clarke (Stephen), Wharton; nine grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be
held 2 p.m. today in Parrsboro United Cemetery, Rev. Greg Doyle officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to South Cumberland Community Care Centre
Foundation, Parrsboro. Arrangements entrusted to Smith's Funeral Home,
