OBITUARY:
DOWE (Tower), Ruby Pearl - 73, John Black Road, Amherst, died July 7, 2001,
in Highland View Regional Hospital. Born in Amherst, she was the daughter of
the late Irvin and Jennie (Hopper) Tower. She was the loving mother of
Gloria Robichaud (Val), Nancy Harrison (Bob), Ricky Dowe (Colleen
MacKinnon); grandmother to Tony and Trudy Robichaud. She was predeceased by
her husband, Vaughn "Duke"; daughter, Judy Claire in infancy. Visitation
2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Campbell's Funeral Home, 98 Church St., Amherst.
Funeral 11 a.m. Tuesday in Christ Church, Father David S. Miles officiating.
Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or a charity of
choice.
