OBITUARY: Ernest W. Cochrane
Economy - Ernest W. Cochrane, 86, of Economy, died Tuesday in Colchester
Hospital, Truro. Born at Fox River, Cumb. Co., he was a son of the late
James and Elizabeth (Demmings) Cochrane. He was an elder of Economy United
Church and a member of Lorne Lodge, IOOF, for 50 years. He was a carpenter.
Surviving are his wife, the former Pearl Morrison; daughter, Violet (Mrs.
Harvey McLellan), Economy. He was predeceased by two sons and ***six
brothers***. The body is at McCulloch and Patriquin Funeral Home, Great
Village. Funeral service will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. At Economy United
Church, Rev. R.E. Chapman officiating. Burial will be in the Economy
Cemetery.
