Melanson - Dow Marriage

This appears to be s/o Morton John Dowe and the late Jennie Annie Smith.

However, I feel he was s/o Jennie Annie Smith's daughter from her m/1 to
Percy Chandler, Iva Freda Chandler and raised as a Dowe. Thomas was possibly
born before Iva m/1 Clem William Bowden on 8 Apr 1939.

I think this is d/o Raynold D. Melanson and O'Rourke.

Feel this marriage ended in a divorce as Thomas is married to a Cathy (?)
when his sister dies in 2000 and Joanne is married to a Peter Courtney when
her father dies in 1972.
