Mildred Amelia (Morris) Merriam-Carey-Ayer

Could this death record be Mildred Amelia Morris?

After Percy Almona Ayer died 13 Aug 1916, 9 months after they were married
on 19 Nov 1915, Mildred Amelia Morris went back to live with hubby #2, James
Hardy Carey? Percy had been sick for 6 months and died of Tuberculosis.

Looking in Jim Welsh's Advocate File for Morris', he doesn't have a Johnston
Morris in the right age range so perhaps James Hardy Carey wasn't all that
sure about Mildred's vital statistics on her death record? Perhaps Johnston
should be Nathaniel, her grandfather listed on her marriage record, or, a
Johnston Morris was her actual birth father. Mother, Lucy would be Lucinda
"Lucy" Morris, d/o Nathaniel Morris and Mary Eunice Knowlton.
