OBITUARY: Wiley Willis Wasson
Windsor - Wiley Willis Wasson, 61, died in his sleep early Thursday at his
home, Centre Burlington. Mr. Wasson was born in Parrsboro, son of the late
Charles and Amanda Wasson. He has lived in various places in the province.
He was a former member of the Quarry Worker's Union. He served with the
Minas Basin Pulp and Power Co., at Hantsport for some time. He was an
adherent of the Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife; a step-son,
Wright Parr, Windsor; two brothers, Ross, New Jersey; Cecil, Parrsboro. A
sister predeceased him. The Rev. A.P. Montgomerie will officiate at the
funeral on Monday at 2 p.m. Interment will be held at the Lohnes and Botten
Funeral Home and burial will be at Mapleton Cemetery, Windsor.
