be from m/2.

Gervin Edward Rector, Jr. (obit below) was born in Debert while his father,
Gervin Edward Rector Sr. was born in Port Greville.

OBITUARY
Gerven Edward Rector, 56, Debert, carpenter, died Thursday at the Colchester
Hospital. He was a son of Edward and Eva (Matthews) Rector. Surviving are
his wife, the former Margery Simpson, of Great Village; two sons, Ronald and
Ross, both of Debert; one sister, Juanita (Mr. Carl Adshade), Debert; two
brothers, Earl, Stewiacke; Arliegh, Bellerica, Mass.; and two grandchildren.
His first wife, Catherine Roode and a sister predeceased him. The body is at
the home of his father, Edward Rector, where funeral services will be held
Sunday at 2:30 p.m., Evangelist John McCracken officiating. Burial will be
in the Debert Cemetery.

His first wife was Lois Kathleen Rhode who died of TB on 24 Apr 1944 at N.S.
Sanitarium, Kentville.

His predeceased sister was Weaty Bernice Rector who married Carl Adshade.
When she died 24 Apr 1941, Carl m/2 her sister, Juanita Gertrude ³Neita²
Rector. Carl died 27 Dec 1995 in the Dartmouth General Hospital.
