Lottie Walsh 1935-2010
Lottie Walsh, 74, passed away suddenly at her home in Amherst on Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Born in Sydney, she was a daughter of the late Solomon and Anne (Cousins) Jewer. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Anne (Cheryl Brown) Walsh, Southampton, son Brian (Olga), Ontario; 5 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter; several siblings. She was predeceased by her husband John "Jack" and several siblings. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Furlong~Jones Funeral Home, 70 Church St., Amherst, NS (902-667-8777) where visiting hours will take place on Monday from 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will take place from the funeral home on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 11 am. Burial will take place at St. Charles - Nativity Cemetery in the spring.
