Since Minnie and husband # 2 (Gordon Lewis) called their son "Gordon IVOR Lewis", I'd lay a wager that Ivor Henry Jenkins was deceased sometime before 1945. I suspect the marriage to Gordon Lewis was preceded by Mr Jenkins' demise.

The middle name was likely given as respect for husband # 1.
