Rev. How(e) comes from a long line of Baptist ministers in the area.  It could have been spelled with an "e" but I've only come across it without.

Re-looking, it could be Rev. E.H. Howe as there appears to be an ³e² after
the How.

I can live with Howe over Wow until someone familiar with the names of the
Baptist ministers in that area in 1921 can confirm otherwise.
