Obituary - Mackie, Florence Augustus - 100, Frederick Avenue, Halifax,
died January 26, 1998, at home. Born in Port Greville, Cumberland Co.,
she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Abraham McCully.
Surviving are daughters, Jean Charlton, Carol Curran, Halifax; Doris
(Mrs. Gordon Dean), Cranston, R.I.; Helen (Mrs. Ronald Hartlen),
Dartmouth; Eva (Mrs. John Woodrow), Courtney, B.C.; Joan (Mrs. Gary
Barber), Toronto, Ont.; brother, Leslie, Port Greville; sisters, Marion
Aerkerly, Evelyn Kerr, Stella Robinson, Port Greville; Blanche Forysth,
Parrsboro; 12 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Norman;
brother, Herbert. Cremation has taken place under the direction of
Forest Lawn Crematory Services. No visitation by request. Memorial
service will be held at a later date. Donations to any charity.
