OBITUARY: Brenton S. McCulley
Fox River - Brenton S. McCulley, 78, Fox River, Cumberland County, died
Saturday in Parrsboro Hospital. Born in Ward's Brook, he was the son of the
late Seamore and Maude (Ells) McCulley. He served in the Merchant Navy
during the Second World War and was a retired employee of the Hudson Bat
Company. He is survived by his wife, the former Ella Hatfield; two
daughters, Fearn (Mrs. Glen Rafuse), Diligent River; Grace (Mrs. Thornton
Winters), Fox River; two sons, Robie, Fox River; Gary, Parrsboro; six
sisters, Winnie (Mrs. Burton McKay), Amherst; Gertrude (Mrs. Alvin
Newcombe), Carrie (Mrs. Onslow Legere), both of Parrsboro; Marita (Mrs. Fred
Hannah), Springhill; Gleta (Mrs. Bruno Loh), Dartmouth; Ruby (Mrs. Rolie
Allen), Fox River; four brothers, Lorne, Grand Manan Island; Emerson, Ward's
Brook; Murray, Dartmouth; Wilfred, Saint John; ten grandchildren; a great
grandchild. The body is in Smith's Funeral Home, Parrsboro. Funeral will be
2 p.m. Tuesday in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Fox River, Rev. Margaret
Young officiating. Burial will be in church cemetery. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.

J.H. Markham officiating.
