Obit: MORRIS, Wilson Everett Kerr

MORRIS, WILSON EVERETT KERR - The death of Wilson Everett Kerr Morris, loving husband of Reta (Collins) Morris occurred at his home on Saturday, January 2, 2010. Born 1930 in Advocate Harbour, NS he was the son of the late Donald and Viola Morris. Wilson was a RCMP Officer, worked for Industrial Security, Partown Security and Baxters Dairy. He was an avid flea marketer and loved spending time with his family. In addition to his loving wife Reta of 55 years, he is survived by his daughters Debra Morris-Gaudette (Darrell) of Damascus, Pamela Yeomans (Ben Martin), Theresa Brown (Steven), Dianne Cassidy (James) and Ann Marie Aitken (David Marley) all of Saint John; brother Sheldon Morris (Sheila) of BC, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild, Allie Chamberlain; along with several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his twin daughters Janet and Judith Morris and his infant brother Donald Morris. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Monday, January 4, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Joachim's Church on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at 10 am. Following cremation, interment will take place in St. Patrick's Cemetery at a later date.
