OBITUARY: Thomas A. Robinson
The death of Thomas Alexander Robinson occurred on September 28, 1964, at
South Cumberland Memorial Hospital at the age of 82. Born in Diligent River,
he was the son of the late Thomas and Sarah (Corbett) Robinson. He followed
the sea most of his life and for the past 29 years had made his home at the
residence of Mr.. And Mrs. Alfred MacKinnon in Economy. He had been in poor
health for a number of months prior to his death. He was predeceased by
brothers, Charles and Henry and sisters, Alice and Caroline. Funeral
service, conducted by the Rev. Arnold Mitton, was from Smith's Funeral
Parlor on September 30. Interment was in the Presbyterian section of the
United Church Cemetery.
