This brings memories flooding back. Hazen and his wife Hazel werem our neighbours in Athol. Hazen delivered the mail for years.

OBITUARY - Hazen Hunter
Amherst - The death occurred at Highland View Hospital Thursday of Hazen
Hunter, 53, of Athol, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel C. Hunter of
Fraserville. He was a mall contractor for the past 24 years. He is survived
by his wife, the former Hazel Fraser of Amherst; two brothers, Malcolm,
N.Y.; Bruce, Round Hill; three sisters, Nellie (Mrs. Hubert White), British
Columbia; Jessie (Mrs. Everett Field), Port Greville; and Mrs. Murial
Grant, Advocate. The late Mr. Hunter will rest at Furlong's Funeral Home
until today noon when he will be taken to his home in Athol where the
funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Mr. Bishop of
Springhill conducting the service with interment in Little Forks Cemetery.
