Re: Annie May Best of Parrsboro

Hi Carolyn and all,
I note that in Annie May's obit, she was predeceased by three daughters, but there are no names mentioned. I know she had Ann and Edith by George McCormick, and had Frances with Edward King, but who were the three daughters who predeceased her, and which of the four "husbands" did she have these three daughters by?  I don't think she had any issue with Alexander McAloney, her first husband.  Were these three daughters with her fourth, Harrison?  I still can't find any info on a first name for Harrison, or when they hooked up.

Also, I note from the NB Archives, that George McCormick's first wife was Mary Ann McCloskey, with whom they had Vera Madeline ,Aldytha and Florence Alberta,  but there is also a Mary McCloskey who was married to Joseph McCormick. Is Joseph brother to George, or is this another Mary McCloskey?

Marjorie
