Although Julia's daughter, Linnie Eliza (Ells) Patterson was buried in the
Allenville Cemetery, I show Linnie's husband, Crandall Davenport Patterson
(1887-1943) as buried in Shulee Cemetery.
Unable to locate her death certificate on the NSARM website.

FUNERAL: Mrs. Julia Ells
The funeral of the late Mrs. Julia Ells of Joggins, was held at the home of
her daughter, Mrs. Linnie Patterson, on Wednesday, February 25th, at 11
a.m., Rev. Allison Fraser of River Herbert conducting the service. Hymns
sung were: "What A Friend We Have In Jesus", "Safe In The Arms Of Jesus" and
"The Old Rugged Cross". Pallbearers were: Arnold Mills, Austin Brown,
Clifford Robson and Simon Burke. Interment took place in the family lot at
Allenville, Cumberland County. Mrs. Ells, who was in her 99th year, was the
widow of the late Freeman Ells. For the past 31 years, she had lived with
her daughter, Linnie, during which time she enjoyed good health and led a
very useful life. For the past three years the deceased had been confined to
her bed. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. James Miller and Mrs. Linnie
Patterson of Joggins and three sons, Frank of Kentville; Brenton of Bass
River; and Harry of Sackville.
