OBITUARY: William Connors
The many friends of William Connors, of Providence, R.I., were saddened to
hear of his death in that city on Sunday, June 27th. While he had been ill
since the first of the year, it was not believed that his illness was as
serious as it really was. He was only 33 years of age. The deceased was a
son of Mrs. James Connors and the late Mr. Connors, Western Avenue. He
leaves to mourn his sudden passing, besides his mother, a wife, formerly
Miss Alice McHugh, of Providence, and a three year old daughter. Another
brother, Charles, also of Providence; and three sisters, Mrs. Geo. Merriam
and Margaret and Kay, at home still survive. Mrs. Connors attended the
funeral which was held last week in Providence. The sympathy of the entire
community is extended to the bereaved family.
