BRAGG, Zillah G. (Tweet) - 94, Collingwood, Cumberland Co., died Wednesday, March 18, 1998, in All Saints Hospital, Springhill. Born at River Philip, Cumberland Co., she was a daughter of the late Louis and Christina (Moore) Ripley. She enjoyed her community and all its people. She loved to entertain family and friends. Surviving are son, John and wife Judy, Collingwood; daughters, Kathleen and husband Carl Sherman, Lake Ainsley; Carolyn and husband James Glennie, Farmington, Mich.; sister, Mrs. Marie Colter, Halifax; 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, C. Elmer Bragg; son, R. Douglas Bragg; grandson, Ross Bragg; brother, Harry; sisters, Nell, Jean and Marion. Visitation will be today from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. in MacDiarmid's Funeral Home, 5075 Main St., Oxford. Funeral service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in Collingwood United Church, Rev. Claudia Keller-Hatt officiating. Burial will be in the Anglican church cemetery, Oxford Junction, at a later date. Donations may be made to Collingwood United Church. [Halifax Herald, 1998-03-20]
