Percy Morton Chandler / Rena Grace Chandler-William James Lake

I show Percy Morton Chandler as divorcing Jennie Annie Smith in 1933 as
usually the first name on the divorce record is the petitioner; the second
name being the respondent.

Jennie later m/2 Morton J. Dowe on 25 Jul 1937 with issue of Maxine U. Dowe,
born about 1938.

Percy's daughter, Rena Grace Chandler is believed to have m/1 William James
Lake;m/2 Roy McLean. Strangely, her obit. doesn't mention any children from
m/1? William James Lake and Rena Grace Chandler have issue of at least,
Clarence, Sydney, Jean, Kathleen, Margaret and Carol Lake.

As of now, I cannot connect William James Lake's other children, Patrick,
David, Debbie or Wayne Lake with a correct mother - Rena Grace Chandler or
Margaret (?). Rena Grace divorced William James in 1948.

BOUTILIER (Lake), Catherine - 66, Saskatoon, Sask., passed away April 3,
2004, in Saint Paul's Hospital, Saskatoon, Sask. unexpectedly after partial
knee replacement surgery. Born in Fox River, she lived a number of years in
Halifax. Immediate surviving family have been notified of her passage, but
Kay touched so many in her life that everyone could not be contacted. She is
remembered for her strength of character and generous heart. Her basic tenet
was that we are placed on this earth to help one another, and she lived by
it. Cremation has taken place. There will be be no visitation. Her ashes
will be scattered at her parents' grave in Fox River on a future date. To
paraphrase Robert N. Test, "If you wish to remember (her) do it with a kind
deed or word to someone who needs you".
