Springhill on May 19, 1917, son of the late James Herbert and Mary
(Reese) Jewkes. Survived by loving wife Helen (Gray); daughter Mary;
sons James (Valerie) and Russell; half-sisters Teddy and Evie.
Predeceased by sisters Helen and Viva; brothers Bill, Ron and
half-brother Hallie.
