The Matron of Honor would be Sarah Margaret "Sadie" Pettis who m/1 Thomas
Edward MacRae of New Glasgow. Fraser MacRae is possibly a brother of Thomas
Edward's.

WEDDING: Spear - Pettis
A quiet but pretty wedding of interest to a large circle of friends was
solemnized at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Allston, Mass., at 4 o'clock
Saturday, August 31st, when Miss Marjorie Jean Pettis, RN, daughter of Mrs.
Henry Pettis and the late Mr. Pettis of Parrsboro, was united in marriage to
Richard Follett Spear of Boston. They were attended by the bride's sister,
Mrs. T.E. MacRae and Fraser MacRae of Allston.
