Samuel C. Moore

I make "Nettie" Pettis out to be d/o John W. Pettis and Susan "Susannah"
Spicer.

Why their daughter, Isabel Kate Moore (m/1 Hollis DeWolfe) was adopted by
her mother's sister, Alice Maude Pettis and her husband, Frederick B.
Newcombe, I don't know as Nettie is still living out in Vancouver in 1940 at
age 82.

On the NSARM website, Samuel and Arnetta "Nettie" were married 29 May 1876,
Baptist, Athol, N.S.
