WOOD, Eileen Mae - 83, Woodstock, Ont., formerly of Springhill, passed away
on Monday, September 3, 2007, in Woodstock General Hospital, Woodstock, Ont.
Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of the late Guy and Inga (Olsen)
Wood. She is survived by brothers, Glen Wood, John (Helen) Wood and Clyde
(Grace) Wood, all of Springhill; Leonard Wood, Amherst; sister, Ruth
(Gordon) Crowe, River Philip, Cumberland Co.; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, James V. Wood; brothers, Harold, Alfred,
and a brother in infancy; sisters, Lenora and Frances. Visitation will be
held 1-2 p.m. Friday, September 7, followed immediately by the funeral
service with Rev. Elizabeth Davies officiating, both in A.H. Brown Funeral
Home, Springhill. Burial in Hillside Cemetery, Springhill. If so desired,
donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
