OBITUARY: Phyllis Mildred Forbes
There died at her home the 16th of June, Phyllis Mildred Forbes, aged 10
years. Her parting came as a great shock to her parents, as she had only
been sick a short time. She was loved by all who knew her. She leaves to
mourn her loss her father, mother, sister, Jean and six brothers, Keith,
Laurie, Allison, Norris, Harry and Hollis. The funeral was largely attended
and was conducted by Rev. Mr. Kirker.

Obituary
FORBES, Jean F. - 78, Bayview Manor, Advocate Harbour , Cumberland County,
died August 18, 1993, in Bayview Memorial Hospital, Advocate Harbour. Born
in Parrsboro, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Reta (McLaughlan)
Forbes. She is survived by three brothers: Raymond, Harry, both of
Parrsboro; Hollis, Shilo, Man. She was predeceased by a sister: Phyllis;
four brothers, Laurie, Keith, Allison, Norris. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m
tonight in Smith's Funeral Home, Parrsboro, where funeral will be 10 a.m
Friday, Rev. Eric Miner officiating. Burial to follow in Parrsboro United
Cemetery. Donations may be made to Izaak Walton Killam Children's Hospital.
