Funeral - Mrs. George Clarke, nee Thelma Pauline Yorke, May _ 1933.
FUNERAL
Parrsboro, May 25 - The funeral of the late Mrs. George Clarke whose
death occurred in All Saints Hospital, Springhill on Saturday May 20th,
was held from the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Yorke, Spring
Street, on Monday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. Interment being made in
the Baptist cemetery, Diligent River. The deceased before her marriage
was Thelma Pauline, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Yorke and was only 27
years of age. She is survived by her husband and six small children,
the youngest of whom is only three weeks old. The children are Eleanor,
George, John, Roy, and Hugh. She is also survived by her parents, seven
brothers and three sisters. The brothers are Emery of New York, Lorne
of Boston, Harold, Alex, Gardner, Edmund and Joseph at home, and the
sisters are Mrs. Lawrence Armstrong, New York, and Mrs. Jos. Canning and
