PARSONS, Carol Ann - 62, Cowan Street, Springhill, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2007, in the Halifax Infirmary, QEII, Halifax. Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of the late Percy Lawrence and Ethel Esther Mae (MacDonald) Budd. She was a family oriented homemaker who enjoyed drinking coffee and sitting on her door step with family pets. She is survived by sons, Donald (Rosemary) Parsons and Ricky (Ginger Fraser) Parsons, both of Springhill; sister, Patricia (Jack) Harrison, Leamington, Cumberland Co.; brothers, Donald (Vivian) Budd, St. Thomas, Ont.; Terry (Daffodil) Budd, Nappan; Robert Budd, Parrsboro; William (Susan) Budd, Springhill; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sister-in-law, Barb. Visitation will be held 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Sunday, July 29, in A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill, from where the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 30. Burial will be in Mapleton Cemetery, Cumberland County. If so desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
