Re Reclaiming cemetarys, George Ira Brown was instramental in reclaiming the Stevens Cemetaty in Lower Wentworth Cumb Co abt 40+ years ago , so all that is needed is one person to start and then asking for help, I am sure it needs reclaiming again!
