cemeteries

I really don't want to beat a dead horse here but when I lived in New
Glasgow, (Pictou County) many years ago someone managed to acquire a
provincial government grant to employ students in the summer to clean up the
old Pioneer Cemetery. They did an amazing job and it is still being kept up
today. Anyone know if it is still possible to acquire these grants for this
purpose?
