NOLAN, Louise Beatrice - The death of Louise Beatrice Nolan of Hampton, N.B., and formerly of Maccan, widow of Lee F. Nolan occurred July 19, 2007, in Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born in Saint John, the daughter of the late John and Ruby (Watters) Halsall. Louise and her husband started the Amateur Ham Radio Club in Maccan. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge. Louise enjoyed crocheting and was well-known for her cooking. She is survived by daughters, Shaaron Thompson, Hampton, N.B.; Linda (Lyn) Nolan, Dartmouth; Geri Nolan-Hilfiker, Summerville; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Resting in Furlong-Jones Funeral Home, Amherst, on Tuesday from 12-2 p.m., where the funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Interment in Amherst Cemetery. Memorials to Alzheimer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. www.furlongjones.ca
