In the obit for TAYLOR, Eileen Rose, it reads that she was the
daughter of Charles Frederick and Effie Janet (Smith) Austin. Would
this be Effie Smith, b 4 Jan 1887 of Albina Edith YORKE and Charles
Appleby SMITH Jr?
